For sale:
Canyon Ultimate CF SL 9.0 (2014)
Size - 56"
10/10 Cycling Weekly review - http://www.cyclingweekly.com/reviews/ro ... -cf-sl-9-0
So after a lot of thought, I've decided to sell my bike... Purchased in August 2014 from Canyon and used only as a summer bike (I have another winter bike). This has been my pride and joy and is in immaculate condition; cleaned after every ride, rarely ridden in the wet and kept inside at all times. It's never been crashed, dropped or scratched and is in truly immaculate condition. My reason for sale is that I can't stop looking at bikes online and feel that after 3 years the time has come to upgrade (probably Canyon again).
This is a very fast bike... I've slammed the stem so please bear that in mind as this position may not suit all. It's stiff, responsive and at 7kg flies up the hills. The handling is amazing and the bike very responsive, also the Vittoria Corsa G+ graphene tyres help it roll along at high speeds with ease.
I've covered just shy of 5000 miles in total and the bike has been regularly serviced and well maintained.
I went to France in July and had the following work done prior at the Rapha workshop in Manchester:
Full strip down & rebuild service (£140)
New Ultegra cassette (11-28) and KMC chain
Bottom bracket checked and no signs of wear
Headset bearings serviced
Rear hub serviced
New brake pads (Kool Stop)
New Vittoria Corsa G+ graphene tyres which look amazing with the gum walls and roll exceptionally well
Plus new gear cables & usual full serviceFull spec:
Frame:Canyon Ultimate CF SL carbon
Fork:Canyon One One Four SLC carbon
Weight:7.1kg
Groupset:Shimano Ultegra 6800 (50/34 & 11-28)
Wheels:Mavic Ksyrium Elite S WTS
Bars :Ritchey WSC Evo Curve
Stem :Ritchey WSC 4-Axis 44
Saddle:Fizik Anares
Bottle cages: Canyon (included)
Pedals: Not includedI paid £2,000 for the bike and with the recent servicing and upgrade costs feel that £1,000 is a very fair price considering the condition of the bike.
Here are a couple of recent pictures but will take more close-ups which I can share with anyone who's interested.

I'd prefer cash on collection and would rather not have to post the bike. I'm based in Manchester and open to viewings.
Thanks for looking, any questions please ask :)

Got mine today.. super cool bike absolutely love it.
First time riding a fixie, been a roadie for years... gonna take a bit of getting used to I think.
I'm 6ft and went for the 56 as that's what Wiggle recommended. Not a fan of the bars, feel very stretched out due to the long stem. Think I will be replacing it with a shorter one and possibly changing the bars if I don't get used to them.
Anyway here she is...

Hi guys,
So just ordered myself one of these:

Been a roadie for 5 years can't wait to give my legs a beasting on a fixie!
Anyone else got one, what are your thoughts? Seems like a decent purchase for the money.
Matt
