I'm sure there was someone selling something in the UK at some point but it obviously didn't sell well.

Im going to be repainting MDF kitchen cupboard doors this weekend after steaming the rest of the gloss white laminate off the faces that has been gradually coming away.
I have always previously used Zinnser 123 and then Dulux diamond trade satinwood.
Everyone I know say we should be using Frenchic these days imparticular the new self priming, self leveling lazy range.
What's the consensus for this sort of project these days?

It could quite likely be for a BT or Sky TV box from the past? I think BTs old boxes had to be hard wired.
You could log onto the GUI of the virgin hub by connecting to the WiFi, entering 192.168.0.1 into a web browser and logging in via the password on the bottom of the modem. This would show anything that is connected.
Or unplug it and see what stops working.

I've not looked at any prices but I have always found https://its.co.uk/ to come out best price for DeWalt when I have bought in the last 2 years.

It depends on your injury and how it affects you. I prolapsed a disc in my lower back 10 years ago. Primarily from sitting at a desk for work. I was pretty much bed bound for a period of time while I had treatment to restore some mobility. As soon as I could I started swimming, then added stretching and foam rolling finally layering on a 5x5 strong lift routine to build up the core to protect my spine.
Without the swimming I'd be a mess for way longer as it was such a relief to take the pressure off the body whilst having some resistance to train against. It doesn't even need to be swimming just being in a pool walking/stretching is great for recovery for a lot of things. I found I could stretch in ways that I couldn't do with my full bodyweight and injury and was a lot easier than getting on the floor to get a release.
Another benefit of swimming is spreading the gains quite evenly across the body. Once I got into my stretching and foam rolling it was apparent to me that my upper back and chest were compensating so much for my lower back that they were the best things to release to help my lower mobility. The swimming was fantastic for developing a balanced back/shoulder/core strength and mobility baseline.
Somehow I was ok with breast stroke but also did some back and learned front crawl during this time to vary positions and did a 4 length interval training with these 3 strokes. I'd definitely recommend giving it a go for a month and see how you get on just building up slow.

I'm far from a gardener but have plants in the garden that were here when I moved in that get covered with aphids. Predators do a decent job or sorting it out unless there are ants protecting them. Have a look for a patrol of ants on the trunk.
I have a big Acer with no ants and loads of ladybirds, then some other leafy thing with loads of ants, loads of aphids and zero ladybirds.
I'm sure I read at some points about soapy water deters them?

I've never done it for the application you are trying to achieve but 5m is quite a length for chiseling and not having a misshap or something cracking with the force. I've used diamond cutting discs on brick and concrete and they went through like butter. I have also used a chisel in my SDS and would definitely describe it as 'less precise'.

Could I grab that as well please
