Nordavinden Frame sold
Apologies to anyone who missed out. I just dropped price on my last three brand new frames (48cm) here - was £499 now £380. This is now eligible for my current 20% late autumn sale discount.
Yasujiro and beige commuter still available.
More stuff coming next week -
I have played around with the priorities of the discounts but I think it might have been working already. Essentially the discount applies to the price excluding VAT. If there is something that you can put with the crank it should just about tip it into the bigger discount. Rest assured the Sugino cranks are much cheaper than they would be if we had to re-order - we managed to get those in before the currency tanked with EU referendum last year.

I have put on a discount to liquidate as much stock as I can before the business sale. This gives the future owner a clean sheet without boxes of what may - for them - be considered legacy cruft. £100 gets you a 10% discount. £200 and above gives you 20% off.
So, dear forum member, see how you get on. If you have problems triggering the reductions let me know. All going well I will notify our full mailing list next week, so you might want to take advantage now whilst there is still a relatively complete range of stock! Don't wait on the assumption I will make further web reductions. It is more likely I will take rejected (by business buyer) leftovers on the road to various bike jumbles next year.
Head over to Hubjub and fill your boots!

Thanks for this. Evidence if needed that the future custodian of Hubjub will likely receive support from the community should they need it. I would really welcome a consortium of riders who wanted to take on the business as some sort of collective where several skills could be combined to make a really kick-ass business.
I think the bike industry is becoming more professional corporate, but does mean that man-and-dog garden shed operations will struggle, unless the intention is for a lifestyle business only. Co-operative style ownership and/or operation might be one means to get the required scale and diverse skill base needed to compete.

Yasujiro SlimXE track frame 53cm.
Track frame with traditional level top tube geometry. This is a chromoly (4130 under Tange label) plain gauge lugged construction. Two bottle cages. Included is the sticker set (this is a few years old so whether they still adhere is anybody's guess) and a black headset (1.1/8")
£180 or offers.

I have an expression of interest on Rawland that is still to play out - so I will advise it comes available. I also will accept offer on the brand new 58cm left in stock. Currently that is retailing for £499 including shipping but can go lower to clear. If I can liquidate large items like frames prior to selling the business it will help me make the business more portable and reduce risk of taking on dead stock to the buyer. So all reasonable offers will be considered!

Cromoly singlespeed / fixed wheel commuter frame £165
Supplied with matching fork. All powder coated in a beige off-white.
This is a brand new single speed frame. Non-aggressive geometry with fairly long seat stays. I regret I have not got the geometry chart to hand but the seatpost (C-T) is 53cm and the virtual top tube 56cm. The steel is chromoly butted main tubes. I am told by the originating factor this frame is identical to a Pearson single speed model of a few years back.

I think this might have been done and discussed on the Rawland Cycle Owners Group. Sadly I lost group membership during a cull of internet accounts associated with my business, so cannot report whether or not it was an unqualified success.
The 54cm Norda was a 650b specific, all other sizes are 700c. Whilst Rawland stressed ruffstuff credentials and 650b versatility with most his frames, you are advised to consider the Norda a lightweight road sport machine.

I regret that I decided against the EAI order. I am more keen on reducing the existing stock and making the business more portable for any future buyer.
Actually I am intending on stopping sales at the end of November. Act fast. We do not intend to vanish immediately so in the rare event aftersales support is needed we will be about. The website usually allowed customers to buy stuff that was marked out of stock - this is because we generally get more in and those who choose to buy under such circumstances are presumed not to be desperate. This feature is now turned off because I do not want to order more. In plain English, that means when it's gone it's gone.
With regards to the sale of the business as an ongoing concern, there is opportunity for a new buyer to enter the fray. The offer is virtually that of remaining stock for trade price and buyer gets Hubjub for free. This is to ensure fast sale. Sadly if sale is not secured then the web commerce side of things will be put on ice whilst staff dispose the stock in jumble sales over the winter.

I am considering going out with a bit of a flourish and getting more EAI cogs in, Kerin Tote, possibly a few of the Phil hubs.
These are all things that go back to the original Hubjub, but just got on the back burner in favour of more accessible products through UK wholesalers. The currency situation means they will be priced a little more robustly than we could do them back in the day (Hubs would still be cheaper than UK based Phil resellers!).
Would you be interested in this?

The business is still being marketed. I am very much committed to finding a suitable custodian for what felt like (and hence attracted it to me in the first place) a respected part of the fixed wheel / urban biking scene. It really needs to be closer to the markets where its products are used than currently in Mid Wales. If you want to see the figures please contact the company via email or phone. I am willing to help out on the thread with the more subjective questions about what we do, the future directions buyers might like to consider, etc. Does anyone think this needs to be a new thread, or rename existing one to reflect things, as Will sold up the business years ago!

Offered for sale is a Soma Buena Vista built as Sturmey S3X three speed fixed hub. Very nice bike with components from the like of Nitto, Brooks et. al albeit with a few howlers too. Built with the Sturmey S3X hub this bike is elegant looking but can be ridden hard. So nice in fact I would rather it gets used in its current incarnation rather than dismantled for parts to maximise sales price. So get the whole thing for a bargain. But I am willing to strip the frame as required.
Slightly soiled form standing around. Left handlebar plug damaged.
Asking price £700 for complete bike or £300 for the frame fork and headset. Offers considered. If I can be of further assistance please don't hesitate to post your enquiry and I'll do my best to answer:)
