Everything taken off a CAAD X I bought and switched over to a hydraulic group.
I never rode this groupset, other than a spin around a carpark on collection, it felt ok and shifted well from memory.Tiagra 10speed mechanical disc part groupset
Tiagra 10 speed 2x shifters
PRO discover flared drops 40cm at hoods, 55cm at drops
Tiagra 10 speed rear derailleur
Tiagra 10 speed band on front derailleur 31.8mm
TRP Spyre slx mechanical disc brake callipers
11-36 shimano 10 speed cassette, no idea how much life this has left, but once its cleaned up, it doesn't look too bad.
11-32 shimano 10 speed cassette, again, no idea on amount of use, but this one looks in better shape than the 11-36.£150 >>> £130
Wheelsets
Maddux CX 3.0 10 speed DB wheelset, not too much info on these, but feel pretty sturdy, if not quite entry level. Comes with 28mm Continental contact speed tyres with plenty of life and 160mm 6 bolt shimano rotors.
£75 >>> £70
Syncros XR2 10 speed DB wheelset, again, not loads of info on these, but look to be made by DT Swiss for syncros. Definitely feel like a higher end wheelset compared to the madden, spin nicely and no biting on the free hub. Comes with 160mm 6 bolt shimano rotors, no tyres.
£100 >>> £95
Cannondale Hollowgram Si Crankset
170mm crank length
FSA 52/36 chainrings£80
2x Schwalbe Rapid Rob 35mm CX tyres
A bit mud stained, but loads of life left in them£30 >>> £28
Giro Cylinder 2 MTB shoes - black
Size 47
Ridden exclusively off road, so have signs of that usage, used for less than 1000km in total though, so still plenty of riding in them. They just weren't right for my foot shape.£35
Photos to follow, if you want to see anything specific then let me know
I am based in Newport / Cardiff, but I work in London and Bristol relatively regularly so could bring it with me if timings work, would also be happy to post if cost is covered.

Selling this Kona Jake the Snake frame as I have replaced it with a disc brake alternative for CX / gravel riding.
The frame has plenty of signs of use, some of the stickers have been scraped off on one side before I owned it, but there are no dents, the distressed look is only superficial.
The fork is not original, it is a generic 4ZA aluminium 1" steerer fork with clearance for 42mm tyres, maybe 45mm at a push. The frame has clearance for 42mm tyres, I haven't tried anything wider.
The headset is an FSA one and runs very smooth. The seat post can also be included, its nothing particularly special, just a brandx inline, but from what I remember it is a bit of a tricky size at 27.0mmI would like to get £130 for the frame, fork, headset and seat post.
I had this built up with a 10speed SRAM Rival groupset but with TRP CX 8.4 mini V brakes. I have options for a 2x or 1x build and would be happy to sell this too. I would be looking for £150 for a variation of the groupset, the options I have to choose from are as follows;
Double chain ring 50/34 - shown in some of the photos
Sram Single chain ring 42t
Sram rival 10speed rear derailleur with PG 1050 11-32 cassette
Sram X7 10speed rear derailleur with PG 1050 11-36 cassette
Band on front derailleur (needed for this frame)
Bolt on front derailleur
TRP CX 8.4 mini v brakes - blackThe aluminium Selle Italia elite pictured on the bike could go for £30 too.
I've got photos of the bike built up and can take specific photos if theres anything you'd like to see of the frame or group.
I am based in Newport / Cardiff, but I work in London and Bristol relatively regularly so could bring it with me if timings work, not really looking to post, but could be persuaded.

I'd coveted this particular frame for a very long time, but realistically the geometry of the frame doesn't quite work for me.
I bought the bike in 2022 and it looked like it had just rolled off the shop floor, complete with Evans sticker.
The paintwork in the sun is really beautiful.
I stripped the original build and built it back up with modern parts and have ridden it in good weather only since. The frame is still in ridiculously clean condition, and the steerer has been cut before I owned it, but has got some space to increase the stack.
Some of the photos show the bike with some carbon wheels that I had it on, but they've been swapped out for a new set of Fulcrum Racing 900 wheels. The bike rides really nicely, very stiff and fast, just not quite the right fit for me sadly.
The current build is as follows;
CAAD 5 Saeco frame and carbon slice fork - 60cm
Zipp Service Course SL carbon seat post
Selle Italia Flite Ti saddle
Deda Elementi Zero Stem 100mm 17 degree
Bontrager Elite Aero VR-CF bars 42cm
Shimano Ultegra 6800 11 speed groupset (front derailleur is R8000)
Cranks are 172.5mm, cassette is 11-28, chain is a gold KMC
Fulcrum Racing 900 wheel set, ridden for approx 10km total. They have been destickered.
Vittoria Corsa Graphene 2.0 25c tyres - these are used, but have plenty of life left in them
No pedalsIdeally i'd like to get £900 for the build as it is and would prefer to sell complete.
I could be persuaded to split if the right offer came in though.
