Does anyone want the Poppy War trilogy by RF Kuang and the Broken Earth trilogy by NK Jamison for postage?

It's not bad but it felt very much like the first book in a trilogy. It introduces the characters and then there's a bit of a journey and that's about it. If the second book had been in paperback I'd probably have gone straight to that after finishing this but now I've had a break I won't rush back to it.

Anyone want to swap books for postage?
Have a few mainly sci-fi/fantasy ones I’ve finished with.

Been doing some work for Gauloises and every time I look at the files I think of this song, Driving me mad trying to remember what it is.

I think the adjacent fields area is one that will probably end up applying.

Has anyone gone back to study architecture as a mature student? It’s something I’ve always been interested in but I’ve been working as a designer for the last 20 odd years.
Having (a lot of) downtime this year has made me think about a last chance change of plans. I may have to do a foundation course to even get started and I’d be in my 50s(!) by the time the full degree ended.

Would I even be employable at the end of it?

My mate has had his Specialized Diverge (2018, red, 58 frame) stolen from Bedford Row today. He’s new to riding and has spent most of lockdown getting himself ready for commuting. This is the first time he’s done the commute On this bike and is really upset.
