It is indeed a spare tube. Attached with some electrical tape so it's always on the bike regardless if I have bags or not. I haven't drank the tubeless koolaid yet.

Probably a fab'd bracket. Easiest would be to use a long bolt and some spacers to just screw the light onto the frame instead.

No pics of that installation. Drilled the hole and toyed with the amount of washers & spacers needed to get the right distance, then bolted it on your usual 4mm bolt.

@PhilDAS Yes, Henge Sport. So far the only Specialized saddle I've found to work. Local shop deals in Specialized so going through them to trial saddles was easiest. Cambium didn't work when I tried it a couple years ago, got a Berthoud Aspen that didn't initially work out but I'll give another go.

Shifts marvelously. 44/24+11-36, and every gear combination works. Sure to hell won't ever use small/small but hey, good to know it'll still work in a pinch.

Reader's again. No baggage or crooked lowriders, fit mostly sorted, and somewhat clean. Plenty happy with how it's turned out, frankly the only thing it needs is the steerer cut.
