I'm sure its been done before but half tight recommendations with storage please. I want the janji but they are out of medium so something similar would be ideal. Theres some half price lululemon senseknit 10 on ebay for about £65, I'm not sure whether they have a drawstring which may be an issue if gels in pocket.

I’d assume you probably aren’t doing the half, I’m about 10 weeks into trying to rehab a calf/ Achilles injury and only just getting back to running properly. It’s been a bumpy road and had to pull back and rest a few times.
As above see a physio who may say that a few weeks rest and it might be ok but it sounds like it’s past that point and rehab is needed.

Where in Manchester, my brother recently had some work done and they were pretty decent.
He’s in Levenshulme but pretty sure they cover south Manchester.
A few other mates have done knock throughs using one of their footy team mates whose a brickie but had really good results but had to manage the process more closely, ordering steels etc.

I get it if I’ve pushed myself hard in a race or similar where I’ve gone heavily into the red.
I’ve recently been trying to down regulate for a little bit after a track session or similar through nasal breathing, a few times I’ve listened to really relaxing music, it seems to do the help a lot.
I think I heard about it in a Huberman podcast, the last in his series with Andy Galpin.

Really happy, was aiming for 3:45 and got 3:46, I stupidly hadn’t put enough miles into my new shoes, some carbon adidas ones and the soles of my feet were killing in the second half.
Without the out of body experience I would probably have snuck under but I needed to walk for a min as I was feeling really strange.

My paces are getting slower in this marathon block, past 3 weekends I’ve done 18, 20, 20 mile long runs so hoping it’s the fatigue. I’m going to dial the distance back and try and increase the speed for a few weeks, I really want my marathon pace to feel “easy” on the day.
