As per title, looking for an XL road or hybrid frame only (no forks) with a 1 1/8 headtube and 27.2 seat tube.
Emphasis on cheap, like sub £50 cheap and would prefer to pay half that! Needs to be structurally sound.

It is but I moved it to eBay earlier in the week. I was offering it here about £40 less than it's listed there.

Hi Kris, sorry I can't remove the fork to take these measurements, I haven't got the headset tooling.

It's a 1 inch threaded steerer cut to the size of the headtube. It takes a quill stem. Does this answer the question?

Looking for steel forks with either rack specific mounting or front-facing eyelets to enable a basket to be mounted.

1 1/8, at least a 300mm steerer if possible.

Due to someone buying the frame and forks on eBay and then immediately deciding they were actually the wrong size, these are now available again. Will let them go for £260 before Xmas.
