The seat stays are quite distinctive and the bottom bracket has etchings all the way round the outside (shown on the right hand side of the photo)

Hi could anyone help with identifying this frame?

Found it in a shed but the guy I got it off had no idea what the frame was. He'd attached a piece of paper that said the frame is 20 3/4" and it has a distinctively short head tube, the head tube is also drilled with 2 holes for a headbadge.
It's obviously been resprayed at some point but the original yellow paint can be seen on the steer tube of the forks.
The frame also has distinctive brake lugs and seat stays.

I'll try and upload some pictures although I'm new to the forum and I'm not sure how to upload pictures well.

Any help is much appreciated
