Marzocchi Shiver SC 'Alienware' Sticker Edition
Not sure what the previous owner was thinking with these green decals. You can get replacements on eBay.
Fork moves through the travel nicely, stanchions in great condition. Never took it apart or rode it so imagine it could do with a service but was sold to me as fully working.
One of the 4 dropout bolts has been replaced with a nut and bolt by the previous owner.
Really wish I had just ridden these having wanted them since I was a kid, but I don't see it happening in the near future.
Looking for £150 -
It was always my dream to have either a Bandwagon or a Metalhead with SC Shivers. I have had all the parts for a year and a half now and just not built it for one reason or another.
The legendary Bandwagon 4x/Jump/XC bombproof sled. Made in NYC.
The Bandwagon frame was raw when I got it, I had it painted in black as I wanted it original. I went for low gloss as matte is horrible and I don't associate these old Spookys with high gloss paintjobs. Painted by Steve at Aurum.
There is a small dent where a FD was overtightened on the seat tube. Otherwise the frame is in excellent condition (fully checked over before painting.)
I have a decal set as well that I paid £25 for but never stuck on.Paid £120, painted for £100, decals were £25.
Looking for £160 (£175 with slightly gritty Hope headset left in) -

The track bike now:
55cm Top and Seat Tube measurements.
Built by Bernard Carre. http://www.classicrendezvous.com/France/bicycles/Carre_Bernard.htm
Super Vitus 971 Tubing with shot in stays and 'Fleur-De-Lys' Fork Crown. Gold lug lining again.
Not drilled for a brake.
Paint by Broggio, condition is not as good as the TT frame but still lovely.Currently running 23c Paselas but iirc it will take 25c tyres.
French headset on this one, Zeus headset installed in good mechanical condition.
Bottom bracket is also a Mavic 610RD on this one, with the track length axle installed.Crankset is Mavic Starfish with 49t TA chainring. The crank length is 172.5mm as I never quite found a working 165mm pair.
I do however have a cracked 165mm pair and a non-cracked 165mm drive side crank which you could use with a non matching nds arm if you wanted.Wheelset is Mavic 520 track hubset 24h laced to HPlusSon Archetype rims in gunmetal.
Never seen a brake but there are a few scratches on the rear rim from when the chain dropped.Jean Paul Routens seatpost as I wanted a silver one and Mavic only made black ones. The bars and stem are both Mavic, with the bars being the track shape drops which are very hard to find. The risers fitted in the photos I used in another project.
Price is £200 for the frame
£500 for the full bikeSOLD

Not riding brakeless or 22c tyres any more so it seems silly to hang on to these even though they took me years to find all of the parts for.
The road/time trial bike first:
Built by BaCo from Romainville, France. https://veloretrocourse.proboards.com/thread/332/batifoulier-collas
54cm Seat Tube and Top Tube.
Super Vitus 980 Tubing, curved seat tube. Lugged construction with gold lug lining. Fillet brazed at the BB shell (due to the curved seat tube I imagine).
Paint by the legendary Broggio. Paint is in excellent condition on this one.
The frame takes a 22c tyre maximum at the back, 21c preferred.I have sold the wheels separately already so it currently has no wheels. I have a Mavic 500RD hubsetand a very lightly used pair of Mavic Open SUP rims (blue and yellow stickers) that I could build into a wheelset for an extra £150 if required.
The groupset is full SSC 1000. BB is the chamfered Mavic Type 610RD which is one of the best square taper BBs ever made in my opinion.
The only part which is not Mavic is the seatpost as they did not make one as part of this group to my knowledge, so I used an inline one to make the bike fit me better.Hard to put a price on as the frame only takes narrow tyres but the groupset is worth a fair bit. Would also split the frame from the groupset but wouldn't split the groupset at this time.

Hope Pro II hubs on 26" Mavic EX325 Disc Rims
Nice set of all black DH/FR wheels, wide rims and bomber hubs. Bearings spinning nicely and rims are true.
Front is 20mm Thru Axle, Rear 12x135 I think (can get replacement end caps for Hope very easily, I can assist with choosing the right ones for your frame if necessary).
