I'm not sure how that would work as it's currently pushing the chainring towards the frame too much, and adding another spacer would just make that worse, unless I am misunderstanding you.

Hi. I have a SRAM Red GXP crankset 110BCD. With a hidden bolt (the kind where it screws in directly to the cranks). A friend gave some Rotor chainrings to replace my worn ones but they will not work as they leave the chainring warped. I measured it and it's because the SRAM Red ones are 4mm thick and the Rotor ones are 5mm thick, so they push the chainring in 1mm at the crankarm.

Does anybody know which chainrings do work (i.e. 110BCD, 5 arm, 4mm thick)? Or is it only proprietary SRAM rings? If the latter that's pretty sh*t.
