£60>£50 - Front bearings are buttery smooth, back bearings need a regrease. I don't have cone spanners for it unfortunately. The front axle has been slightly filed to fit 9mm forks. The axles are 10mm which is unusual. I did not do the best job so it can be slightly sticky getting the front wheel off but it does the job. Needs new tubs and some glue cleaning. Threads look fine. Price should reflect this but I'm open to sensible offers.
Pics to come.
Collection from N10. I am unable to post at this time, sorry.
Thanks for looking!

Hey all,
I have these framesets to sell.
Cougar road frame with matching carbon fork
£130- Made from very light unknown reynolds tubing.
- 51 ctc (52 ctt) seat tube, 53 ctc top tube
- English threads.
- 1 inch headtube.
- Definitely been resprayed by previous owner. There are paint chips and minor flaking to the paint where I believe they didn't allow the paint and clear coat to cure properly before shipping it to me. On the NDS one letter was not fully covered in clear coat and had to be glued down. It is worth keeping in mind that I believe the paint may chip more easy than your average frame over time but nowhere near as easily as 2 years ago when I first received it. I have priced it to reflect this.
- possibly only suitable for a 1x groupset as I never managed to find a front mech clamp that could fit with the clearance.
- 27.2 seatpost.
- 23mm max tyre clearance.
Traitor cutlass
£80- 50 ctc (51,5 ctt) seat tube, 52 ctc top tube
- Can add a purple hope headset for an extra £45
- Can take 700×35 as confirmed but may take wider tyres.
- Fork was filed under the crown to take larger tyres by previous owner. This has no impact on the function and is hidden, especially with a front brake.
- English threads.
- 1 1/8 headtube.
- 27.2 seatpost.
- Measurements look small but at 5'9" I was quite comfortable with it. Might be slightly better suited for someone a tad smaller though.
Trek Gary Fisher Triton with columbus minimal fork and tange technoglide headset
£120- Powder coated at the old armortex.
- 53 ctc (54 ctt) seat tube, 54 ctc top tube.
- Paint is a lot more ratty than pictures suggest. It doesn't have a high gloss like in the photo and there are plenty of scratches here and there. The paint has dulled as this frame was a daily for about 5 years.
- Headset was new about 3 months ago and only ridden a handful of times.
- The fork has 2 slight ring indentations to the outer coating on the steerer caused by a chris King headset. At first I was concerned but I changed my mind and continued to use it with a different headset. I will upload some close ups of it soon and let you decide for yourself but it is advised to check it out first and take it into account.
- Clearance up to 700x32 on the fork and 700x35 on the frame.
- English threads.
- 1 1/8 headtube.
- 27.2 seatpost.
- DS dropout has a little dent. May need a slight file to smooth out but I have not had the need to do so myself. It hasn't caused any issues for me.
Details on condition to follow. All frames have some level of cosmetic wear that isn't picked up in these photos. More detailed shots to come or if serious interest and requested in pm I could get them sorted a bit quicker. Viewing is definitely necessary for all the frames.
Collection only from N10. No offers at this time I'm afraid.
Thanks for looking.

How is your recovery coming along @M_V. Did you get out on any longer rides?

Shit, that looks painful. I had maybe 20% of that amount of bruising on my shoulder. You must of hit really fucking hard.
Regarding the little info from the NHS, it was the same here. Infact a week after the crash, they wanted me to just go every day to the hospital and wait there with only a small chance they would have space to see me. Of course I told them that was a terrible way to operate and I wasn't going to sit around a hospital every day just to be sent back home.
The anaesthetic will be absolutely fine. They will talk to you to distract you and keep you relaxed and next thing you know you will be waking up in recovery. I've had 3 or 4 times now. This time round I didn't feel bad from it but previous times I have just felt groggy and lethargic. They will still be feeding you painkillers at this point, probably Tramadol. For me the worst pain was at this point and probably why I didn't notice any post anaesthetic groggyness. You will then be taken back to a ward and they will feed you, give you a drink etc. You will have to eat, drink and have a piss before they discharge you, quite likely the same day as your surgery. You need an escort if so. I forgot this and had to call my sister 1 hour before surgery or they wouldn't of done it.
For me the pain lessened drastically the same day as the surgery. But it was bad the day after. For a few more days, maybe 2, the pain stayed pretty bad but then it went and the only time it was bad was in the mornings and night. Its best to just keep to a routine with the codeine they give you even if you don't think the pains too bad. It will lessen it when it does kick in.
Obviously it's going to vary person to person but it will be ok. When you are out of surgery it will be at its worst and will get better with only some moments of it feeling worse.
Recovery will seem slow at first but after a week and a half I was not using my sling much. I'm 3 weeks in and yesterday I went for a skate. Admittedly only pushing about and doing a few ollies but the fact that I could has made me more confident that recovery will be quicker than the high estimate of 8 weeks and 12 weeks for sports. Just rest, eat a lot of protein and look after it for as long as you can. If you are like me and feel isolated and lonely when there is so much free time, fill it with walks and contact with people.

I was told to stay slinged up for 2 weeks until my check up but I felt confident to be out of it from time to time after about a week post surgery. The last few days before my check up, I went for walks without a sling. I feel mobility is pretty good. Only some reaches are hard and I don't want to over do it. I haven't worn my sling since my check up and the doctor didn't bat an eye lid that I turned up without it.
He did tell me 12 weeks from the surgery until I can cycle again though. This I'm sure he has to tell me. We will see.
Also there's no pain anymore. Just discomfort in some positions when laying down. I had dental surgery a week after the collar bone surgery so it's hard for me to say when the pain ended as my attention went to that and over shadowed any pain in my shoulder.

Im sorry to hear about your injury. I hope you are healing up well and it isn't too painful. It's a shit situation but it will pass soon. Eat well and move little is my best advice. Hopefully the hospital are clear when they call you and get you in ASAP. And hope the rest of the gang are healing well too.

I had my surgery 2 weeks ago. Yesterday was my follow up. Its healing really well. Took some photos of my xrays. Looks gnarly but I'm told it isn't bad at all. Luckily the wait from crash to surgery was only 10 days for me and everything went pretty well. A few days of pain but now I'm feeling pretty able with only minor discomfort. I think the hardest part has been having so much free time and very little to do.

The position of the bars in the photo is the same as when the 2nd incident happened. I'm guessing the steerer could of been damaged or I was just careless with the torque? My guess is that the wheel turned while the bars remained facing forwards and gave me a sudden stop. The bike is in a shop local to the crash so will investigate when I manage to get back to it.
Thank you everyone for the advice and best wishes. I've noted everything and will definitely be making a report and going back to see what can be gathered. The person who called me to notify me that police couldn't attend was really helpful and she seemed to be pro cyclist. She gave me all relevant info etc and insisted I make a report online.
An update about the hospital, it will need surgery. A plate will be put in over the next couple of days when space is available. I'm resting well and staying positive. It could of been a hell of a lot worse but I will do what I can to try and prevent that guy from repeating his behaviour.
Thanks everyone!

So I don't know where I should post this but I would like to share and vent here.
Yesterday during a long ride I was passing clapham common. I was cycling in the middle of the road where there is also a cycle path. I chose to keep to the road because the cycle path was congested and I was less than 100 yards from a right turn I needed to take.
A driver behind me started to agressively beep out of frustration that he couldn't speed so I remained central in the lane to assert myself. This obviously pissed him off so as I signalled right he accelerated, colliding with the back of me as I started to turn.
Despite slamming quite hard, I was fine and was on my feet right away. With adrenaline, shock and disbelief at what just happened, I proceeded to get him to pull over in a somewhat aggressive way. He tried to drive off but I continued to block him until he eventually turned into a road to 'pull over'. I believe he didnt realise it was a dead end due to a construction site.
He then tried to reverse out whilst pushing me with the back of his car. While this is happening, there are atleast 20 witnesses. None of whom came to help or be witness. A lot of arguing with the driver while I was on the phone to the police. A lot of unhelpful comments being thrown my way by college kids too young to understand kindness and compassion for someone who nearly went under the front of a car. Apparently if you say sorry it is ok to ram someone.
Eventually the guy drove off after realising that his argument that cameras would prove he was in the right was a pretty wild claim.
I waited 40 minutes for the police to show up who couldn't come in the end. While I was waiting I was being heckled by college kids which really helped. When I smiled back they soon got bored though. At some point, one came up to me and asked if I was ok. That one act of kindness was actually pretty cool and huge respect for that young man.
Fortunately I had an old workplace less than a 2 minute walk away so I went there and used the space to check the bike and realign every thing. There looked to be no damage so I straightened everything out and thought I had fixed the bike as far as I could tell.
I cycled for 20km with no issues. After popping in to see some friends, I made my way home. Then after flooring it at some green lights on camden road, my stem twisted, my front has locked up and I flipped over the bars, propelling myself vertically downwards in to tarmac where my left shoulder has taken the impact.
As I lay on the ground with cars driving around me and continuing on their way, one does pull over and 2 pedestrians stop to help me. They were a huge help and I thank them massively. I was in pretty bad shock but they made sure I was ok until I was safe and on my way to hospital. At this point I was almost certain I had a dislocated shoulder aswell as a cut to my knee. After a phone call to 999 they said they couldnt book an ambulance and then a very long call to 111 resulted in the same so I made my own way to a and e in an uber.
After xrays it turns out I have a broken collar bone right by the shoulder joint. Today they will decide if it needs a plate or just setting.
Anyways, I just wanted to share. I was pretty shaken up yesterday but today I'm just a bit sore and tired.
