Either really. I've seen the separate one that attaches with velcro, but any cushion sleeve for a laptop works for me.

Does it come with the laptop sleeve?

I will never understand how in the same street you see Bugatti parked you see a bicycle with taco wheels or solitary frame locked (with no other parts attached).
