A pair of spesh tyres in 26mm that came off a new bike after maybe 30 miles of riding which I swapped for my trusty gp5000s.

Both tyres essentially pristine.

Would like £40 for the pair. Pickup Catford this week as I’m at home (or could probs deliver local) or I’m about 3 days a week London Bridge area.

Loving the strap tailor strap for my air king as recommend on here, pricey but excellent quality.

I mean yeah it’s a quartz but there’s a lot of info on here but somehow seems to not be too crowded, also like how they’ve done the date, something different to the usual date window.

Same here, the texture on the side of the case is a bit of a turnoff but otherwise very handsome

Saw the same exhibition, two rooms, an extradinary demonstration of human ingenuity and craftmanship over what was a relatively short time. Came out with as much admiration for the invetion of quartz as the first sea clocks. Each have their place, both mechnical and quartz were a representation of the cutting edge of human thought at the time, so each equally impressive in their own right.

All excellent facts, thanks! Yeah I mean printing a dial must be way cheaper than trying to get the raised 1 and 2 in twelve in the right place!

Also took a punt on a monswatch a couple of weeks ago, and for me the worst thing about it (other than its cheap and plastic and also not that cheap for plastic) is the dial legibility really isnt very good, maybe its just the hands and the noise of the chrono dials behind, kind of put me off chronos in general from a readability perspective, and no i dont need glasses 😂

Feeling splurging on a tidy dive watch.
Thinking Farer Aqua Endeavour Titanium or Baltic Aquascape dual crown.

Farer pros - raised numerals, titanium, characterful

Balitoc pros - alot less than the farer for a similar look, comes in black - intereting polishing
Cons - not raised markers ok - maybe a bit less refined than the farer.

Anyone own a farer or a baltic and can comment on general qaulity of finishing, mechnisms etc?

Baltic has a miyota 9039, farer is a sellita sw200-1 elaboré calibre.

Guessing the money on tbe farer goes on the materials and movement. I mean as long as it keeps reasonable time im not overly concrened.

Have my Dragonfly Cobalt for sale.
Bought it last year thinking I’d be working from home more than I am so isn’t getting any use.

Comes with the dragons tail for usb 3.0 devices and will throw in the lightning adapter for iPhone.

Always found it to make a genuine upgrade to audio versus Bluetooth connectivity, even on high end Bluetooth headphones.

£110 including postage with all the gubbins mentioned above.

The white and black look great with the strap, very torn between that face and the orange on blue. @Regal how blue is the blue face? The orange reminds me of driving at night (which I guess is the point) which is rad.

Anyone had any experience using chrono24 and buying from abroad? Looking to maybe buy a g shock from Japan and wondering on the likelihood of having to pay import duties and vat etc.
