@giles337 goodshow. On Friday i had call from Agent who had call from solicitor, progress has stalled because the overall property Freeholder has made no contact in about 2 weeks since paperwork was sent to them.
I called freeholder and left a message, still nothing back from them direct but their solicitor has surfaced and wants £180 for the paperwork back.
Very unlikely this will happen before xmas shutdown.
So stalled until early January now.On top of that and unrelated, credit card statement and card services didn't mention everything to me when they informed me about odd activity on my card 2 weeks ago. Knew about £300 today thats upped to £800.
Sale has stalled and been frauded on the credit card, not the best of days. -

Another day another angle.
Old silver bars 218grams. New black Somas 295grams with scope to cut back the horns.
Best go for some rides and start trimming back. Bar tape isn't doing too well and is going to be on and off a few more times.Being pulled another way.
But there is another.
A ripple in the force, different, not Steel..... -

Never assumed the SDW was gnarly enough to warrant 2.6 tyres.
Is this on a dual suspension bike ? are we aiming for semi-fat ? before fat bikes went mainstream it was on point to run 40mm rims and a 3" Nokian tyre (heavy/cheaper) instead of going full fat (many dorras$)
The studded jobbies are scary grip but you really want a long mudguard over the back wheel.....

@Kurai yep, always avoided public transport because it's a limiting service, in rural areas you have a car/motorbike or work from home. Public Transport in London zones is like something from a sci-fi movie set in the future.......

One made it into the catlock with 2 others in hot pursuit as i went into the cafe area :)
If a Maine come up via rescue i think other half would go for it.
Current little fella is about 10 years old and i wonder if he's lonely so another cat for company might work. Loads of cats around us in the last house, only seen 3 here and not exactly close to us. -
NotInLondon... Shrewsbury.
Randomly walked past saw a basket through the window, assumed it was a dog friendly place then saw all the Cats in a gang at the back.
I only wanted a hot drink. So for £6 i got 30mins and as many coffees as i could drink.
You go in the outer door then you have like an airlock system beyond that, either shoes off, or put on disposable over booties then get mobbed by cats.
Try and remember, couple of moggies, the blue short hair (in the piccy) a Bengal, Ragdoll, a hairless, the soppy great Maine coon (a Thula if you know that one :) broad spectrum of cats.
The walls are covered with walkways and platforms and little beds, big box of toys. Was worth it to see the walkways set up, something we had thought about doing at home and meet a Bengal and Maine :)

Coffee comes with lid, being only person in caff ment 12 cats came from all the places to investigate me.
The Cats like the frothy milk, i would have been mugged....Now got up close to a Maine coon, 6 months old and bigger than our cat and much more floof..... i think our next one may be a Maine if we can find a rescue one.

It's mid winter.
It's cold outside and the outlook is bleak.
Even sunning yourself by the pool can be "Dangerous" maybe rebuilding a 13 year old dropship will be exciting :)
