Hi,
I've bought a fancy wheelset with Centrelock hubs.
I knew that and had ordered an appropriate set of discs. It seems, however that my parcel might have been lost (tracking number not showing anything...) And I really want to ride those wheels this weekend.
In the off chance that they do not arrive before the weekend, would anybody have a set of discs they could sell? No need for anything fancy really.
Preferably in North/North West London but hit me up with what you have anyway. Thanks,
Ps: if someone has a set of Centrelock to six bolt adapters that might work too.

@EagleEyez @PhilDAS To be honest I'm not against getting an arkose. They seem to be great value for money! I just wanted to know if there was something new in gravel town ;-) .
The arkose X for example is much cheaper than the marin or the Ribble. It comes with the same groupset, but has internal routing for dynamo (not exactly a requirement but might become useful if I ever want to push a little further). But fit it like a road bike, lower front, long stem or it’ll just be boring all round
I'm not sure I understand. Do you mean that it's better as a road bike with some possibilities to go for a bit of unpsved roads? Or just that the geometry works better with a road bike like fitting?
@spinnnout I'll probably go and test the Ribble if I've not bought anything at that point. Thanks!
@kimchi I'm affraid this will be above my budget. But it does look nice!
Has anyone tried the planet X space chicken or tempest? They also seems like good value for money. Both coming with Sram force (instead of rival). But shall I be worried by the planetX quality? I've never seen on of their bike in real life.

Hi guys,
I need the help of the hive mind!
I'm looking to jump -late- on the gravel bike bandwagon!
I've looked at the thread and I guess I should get an arkose...
But is there any other options?Program is offroad weekend expeditions, epping forest fun, some canal rides and long commutes every now and then.
While keeping some road riding abilities I really want to have the best offroad handling possible. I was looking at the marin gestalt x11 or the ribble cgr sl.
Any tips?

@Howard Not only the kits were more than fairly priced but the man will also hide a £2 coin in a pocket to further reduce the price! :-D
Thanks man I owe one! -

Unfortunately I would need adapters to run 140mm rotors.
I might be set thanks to my lbs. I'll close that thread when it's 100% sure.
