I'm also about to swap out the Thomson X2 stem for the X4. From riding a bit with the X2 it has been slipping on me. I am a big guy and it only happens when I'm leaning on the bars... but at times I lean on the bars... so it must go.
I'll try a X4 as I want the Thomson excellent quality but want it to remain functional and robust. Weight is not something I'm bothered about so I won't cry over 40g

Another Cinelli build. Read on if you like, haters gonna hate.
I've been slowly accumulating parts to build up a new Vigorelli. After much deliberation on what frame to get I decided to 'ride whatever makes you smile' and I'm one of those people who are attracted to the Cinelli bling.
Some of these parts have already arrived so I'll backdate some pictures to capture the whole thing. There are also a couple of parts from previous bikes that I wanted to reuse. The saddle for example was measured up by the guys are Specialized body geometry and is a great fit for me, so it stays.

Was in Brussels last weekend for a short trip. Upon arriving I was chuffed to find a great coffee shop just 200m away called 'OR Espresso Bar'. Whilst waiting to order and looking at all they had to offer I noticed a shinning gold Aeropress donning the phrase 'World Aeropress Champion 2012'. These guys are legit.
They had loads of different single origins for Chemex and Aeropress and the usual range of espresso drinks. It was a lovely place with awesome baristas who really knew their trade well. 10/10, if you end up in Brussels be sure to try them out.

Ended up going through, spotted the no cycling sign too late and that was it, thankfully on a quiet Sunday morning.
Ride data suggests I averaged 22.3mph. On a normally very relaxed 46:19. Avg cadence ~120rpm, which probably reflects my state of mind for ending up there.
Not recommended but given the conditions it was quite fun.

A first mass & had a great time. Good to meet @Clockwise @timbre @Antidotes @badmanlongtime among others. That hill race ended me...
@badmanlongtime with some others heading towards Euston Rd or Gordon St last night about Midnight. Realised too late or would have said hi.
