Dunno the weight, it’s clearly not as lightweight as a wald but it’s sturdy af and not overly heavy for it in my opinion. Never troubled the handling for me.

I have exactly this but one thread that tightens on the fork is stripped. Come get it for chips in case you'd want to re-thread/helicoil/ziptie it together...

I have a standard bike box (145x75x30 is the usual measurements for those I think) if you want to use that?
