Thank you. Mostly the parts were used but every bottle of T-Cut I used was definitely new. Now I kinda wished they weren't so shiny so I'd ride them more.

I've had a couple of questions regarding the thread issue and thought I'd share a bit more info about it.

Here's what I PM'd in response

"It doesn't really NEED to be done but I'm a bit of a perfectionist so would rather. The rear mech where it screws in has the first 2 or 3 turns of the thread missing where somebody had cross threaded it for a couple of turns before realising the error of their way. It still has plenty of thread to secure the rear mech and in fact is doesn't essentially need doing.

The place I'm taking it to are Colour-Tech in Dartford, they're the fellas who paint and repair anything bike! In fact they've got Ed Clancy's frame there right now for a repaint. They will drill out the thread and fit in a new one, probably a helical thread. It costs £35.

I'm happy to sell it as is for £300 as I doubt it'll be ready for at least a couple of weeks time."

I have a Chas Roberts frame that I'm selling soon. It's a small size (49x50) and was thinking/hoping £350 but may be way off the mark. It's in lovely condition and only has a couple of marks on it and original paintwork. I've posted some photos built up and then disassembled again. It's not ready to go just yet as I have to get repaired a slightly damaged threat to the rear dropout but was hoping to tap (excuse the cheap pun) into your wealth of knowledge regards the price. I need the headset too but haven't removed it as yet.
And of course lovely if somebody would be interested in buying it too!
