As above - the axle width depends on the cranks and the chainline measurement.
It seems the primato advanced cranks are designed to be used with the miche 107mm bb, so I would definitely get that one - http://www.lfgss.com/conversations/130300

By grind quality I mean the uniformity of particle sizes - equally as important for filter brewing as espresso. The usual problem with low end grinders is that they produce a wider range of particle sizes and lots of fines in particular, which I've found makes it harder to get a positive balance of flavours consistently.

He did too. Thought he'd run off with it for a while but then sure enough he did come back. Trying to upload pics now. I want to get some better ones when there be sunshine etc but getting a suitable amount of that these days is damned impossible it seems.
I've been running it brakeless mostly but I have one for longer rides - I plan to do some serious mileage on this bike. Also have some modifications in mind for a TT spec (with revised gearing, saddle slammed forwards, steeper stem, base bar and extensions and probably other stuff) so I'll keep the thread updated with that too.

Current rat bike. Frame is a shade big for me, but it was going cheap and I needed it at the time. It also had the original dropouts removed and track ends put on by @jonsteel24 i believe??? Correct me if I'm wrong there mate. Rest of the kit is whatever I had lying around.
Yeah I saw it last night. That's a motherflipping long stem
