Haha ! A few years ago when my son was living nearby, we'd book our donations for the same-ish time, same place and and 'compete' for fastest donation. Immediately pre-donation we'd be running up and down flights of stairs, clenching fists, drinking ridiculous amounts of water - generally taking all a bit too seriously. He got it down to just under 5 mins - I think my best was 5 mins 40s, but it is getting much slower as I get older.

The article helpfully warns that badger fat can "cause violation of the chair" - I interpret that as explosive diarrhea, or perhaps silent seepage.
No mention that it may cause violation of the badger. The effective sales spiel also hints "may cause nausea".
Christmas is just round the corner folks, get your orders in soon.

My Felt TT bars failed at speed, as I got out the saddle for a big grunt uphill.
It all seemed to happen in a microsecond, one moment, riding a bike, the next, in a ditch with mangled shoulder, less facial skin than usual and a lot of blood everywhere and a fractured cheekbone.
They had a LOT of miles on them, around 85,000 so I should have expected it, if I'd known they had a finite life.
I now have PlanetX carbon bars and the Felt has been retired. As was the Giro AirAttack helmet which was cracked in several places but did a great job.

What does it take to keep it clean and performing to original specification?
The materials appear chalky in nature, so I'd wonder about settling dust, smoke, algae, lichen etc forming a darker cover layer, which could absorb heat and transfer it to the paint through conduction.

Anyone know where this building is?
I was taking a random route towards Holborn yesterday on my way home, spotted this very pleasingly finished building, thought I'll take a piccy and read up on the architects, but didn't have location turned on and now can't find it on street view.
I think I was travelling north east towards Holborn at the time, and this must have been within 1/2 a mile of Holborn tube station.
