Can second @farewell 's suggestion. The material on the freehubs I've done this to has been laughably soft so it's pretty easy to do with a file.

Have a look at Shiply as well. I haven't used them but I've heard good things from people that have. Essentially different indie van couriers pitch for the job, so it can get quite cheap, but obviously depends on the distance to travel.

Brand new Chrome Industries Blake Jacket. I bought it pre-Covid I think and my needs have changed etc.

Its a size medium and still has the tags on. I can take some photos of it if you need me to but it is exactly this one and has never been used.
