I've only actually ridden them once, haven't managed to sustain a puncture-free 30 minutes after installing tube and tyre. Onto the sixth try now.
Tried again this morning with lubed beading, no pinching and 80psi. After 15 minutes, the tube had popped again. No idea why, I've replaced the rim tape and the inside is free from sharp edges, but something is upsetting the tube. I want to send them back, of course, but bought from Wiggle on eBay and reckon they'd just not bother accepting the return.

It's especially good for fridge-bottom dinners, when you can make decent soft tacos from all your leftover vegetables and don't need to head out for anything. You can make a dough and press them within about 10 minutes. Get a 12-inch press if you want to make big tortillas for fajitas/burritos/enchiladas!

Wasn't sure where to place this but Lambeth is consulting on its proposed Healthy Routes (developed with TfL) and is inviting comment. A healthy route would be a road adapted for the benefit of walking and/or cycling, 'for example, separate space for cycling and better pavements and crossings may be needed on a busy road, while traffic may need to be reduced on streets around schools.'

It comes down to how 'London' has been defined throughout the ages. Throughout history, when people mentioned London they were always referring to the City of London, and anything outside of the city walls was an additional enclave. It's around 1889 that Greater London and the Metropolitan Board of Works become a thing – later developing into Greater London boroughs – but London is still just the City.
As the population of the boroughs grow and local government changes, what is technically Greater London is often referred to as simply 'London', therefore why it's confusing that the West End (the western-most edge of the City) appears in the middle of 'London'.

Anyone in need of a photo enlarger and developing/printing kit? I’ve got a working Meopta Axomat 4a listed on eBay - not listed the rest yet - but would happily cut a deal for anyone here who’s looking to take the next step up.
Used it myself for caffenol projects but moved house and don’t have a dark-room any more. PM me!
Before I go and bother the lovely folk at Brixton Cycles with this again, any reason a tube with a slow puncture would not show bubbles under water? The last two attempts the tube has just gone down but there's no holes. Even did the valve up tightly. Can only imagine the tube isn't liking the pressure...
