Hello,
Some Bikes do have a riveted badge on their headtube. Does this effect the stability of the headtube?
Most bikes have a drilled headtube where the other tubes join the headtube, but doesn't have any effect on the headtube, because there are the top and down tube connected with brazzing or welding.
For any experience or ideas I would be very grateful

No, it's more durable and I don't trust the alu version:

I thought about chopping them down, but the angle isn't the same so I would perfer a bullhorn...

Hello,
I'm looking for a Bullhorn Handlebar in CrMo Steel. I like the Nitto RB-018, but it's made of Aluminium, so I was wondering if there is a alternative to the Nitto one. Well, yes I did look on the internet, nothing to be found... ( expect one very cheap one on ebay (Poland))
Would be very thankful for any help...

Hello Everybody,
I want to build up a pista bike, one question which I'm thinking a lot is the axle clamping.
How do you do it? These Axle Clamping nuts have groovings which leave marks in the frame when tightening, which I dislike very much. How can this be avoided (file it down?), and is it save to make so?

@Kaiser-Wilhelm: At first it would be great to see the paint job flaws.
