Headtube is 14.5cm (this is without the cups which add about 3cm)
seattube is 52cm

I'm off to do a taster session at the london velodrome with my club and I was thinking about using my road fixed gear but am unsure if it will be ok or not.
It's a pretty horrible felt dispatch.
i will take the brake/levers off, put a non qr front skewer, take off the bottle cage, put some new tyres on and give it a good clean.
It does have mudguard fitments but these are flush so cant see they will be a problem.
So will they let me ride it? -

I'm not saying they were great tubs, I would of used about 4 of the 8, which is why they were cheap and I was happy to refund you.
I didn't do this straight away as you felt the need to get all eggy and bad mouth me on the forum which left a bad taste.
As for the lack of valve core, they just unscrew so you can use of of the other ones -
