Got a new frame and it has this sticker/marker on it. Trying to find out a bit more where this frame has been used and by what rider. Does anyone know the full context of the sticker? It's a Columbus SLX Eddy Merckx with Winora Decals.

@tommmmmmm haha! No the stem is still loose, so the bubblewrap is for when the bars start to swing. Im not entirely sure if I fit the dia compe headset properly. At the moment I only have a Cinelli Ant / Pepper bar and Deda Zero, beside this Nero setup. Any suggestions?
@mk1mark I got it from the German site Ebay-kleinanzeigen, it was being sold without a fork, size 62ct. Also the threads in the BB were wrecked by cups being stuck in the frame. But it has new threads and working properly again.
