Up 3kg since mid Dec now 80kg at 185cm
Which is better than the 98kg I started at.
But not as good as the 69kg low I hit 6 months after started the diet/cycling.
Nor is it the 73kg fighting weight I'm aiming for for 1st May.Ideas to lean off without losing muscle and power? Or it a case of knocking 500kcal a day off the daily intake as MFP suggests and still do 8-10hrs a week via trainer road?

115km 90% off-road in the Peaks/Dales. 12 of us all on road/cross bikes: 1 fixed, 1 SS, a couple of Indy Fabs, a Chickens, and some home brewed customs.
Beer and whisky started at 0815 and continued through the day then a lovely pub meal and ale session and a drunken final 6km to a travelodge at 2330. Long day, unbelievable December weather and great company. Reminded me why I ride bikes -
