I think the fear of it being cold and snowy put a lot of people off today, hardly saw another cyclist until Borough. Two things I've noticed over the last few weeks, driving ability seems to get worse by Thursday and damn right dangerous by Friday? Also, pinch points are like are the equivalent of a red rag to a bull for a car.

First ride back after a week off was so/so. Remembered why I love cycling to work also remembered why I hate it. First 2 miles was horrid some really bad driving a number of very close passes and abuse from a very angry white van man.

Still better than getting the train.

Forget to mention walking across London Bridge counted 14 buses backed up along the bridge, like one long red snake. When's the next strike?

Uneventful train journey this morning, then witness a women ride straight through a red light while people were trying to cross, then she crashed into a bloke who was crossing a little way from the crossing as wasn't looking. Not sure what happened after that i left them shouting at each other.

Winter cap arrived, now to hot for Winter cap. Maybe next year I'll get to wear it. Or may just around the house

Bit of a free for all this morning on the CS7, a lot of cars/vans deciding that the bus lane was for them so suddenly pulling across once they hit traffic. At one point I thought I was in the Rapha shop so many Rapha jackets on display today. Loved the mini downpour. 8/10

Nice 55 mile club run yesterday, glorious weather. Only spoilt by some clown in a BWM, for some reason refused to overtake us even though there was plenty of room, drove far to close to our back marker. We decided to stop at which point he did overtake but when we started again, he drove really slowly in front, this went on for a 1 mile. Strange

Nice ride in, legs felt a bit tight after yesterdays club run. Issue with left cleat on checking found it to be very loose and pointing off center, fixed. 8/10

I have the LS Cross jersey, and yes much thinner then I was expecting.

Bought a PS4 just before Christmas, turned on PS4 waited for updates to finish, put in game waited for updates to finish. Turned off and hasn't been switched on since.

Any ideas on how to get my two lazy arsed cats to use the newly installed cat flap. They seem to have half a brain between them, one goes out of the cat flap quite happily but is yet to work out how to get back in. The other point blank refuse to go out through it but is happy as Larry to come back through it.

Not been on the bike for a month, so unlikely to bang out 500km today. EPIC FAIL

After nearly a month of either having a cold, vomiting bug, cold...felt it was time to go out on the club run on Sunday. Lasted 15 miles before deciding to call it quits, lungs and legs burning, face full of snot. Rubbish.

Still feeling the effects of the winter vomiting virus so got a bus from the office to London Bridge station last night. Good to see that even buses just pull out in front of other buses and not just us cyclist.

Hate the festive period in the face, my bike has been at the office since last week, due to various client drinks, bring stuff home. The train all be it a short journey does my head in and the walk from London Bridge has me in a rage by time I get to the office.
