Thanks for the bump, and couldn't agree more. I'm actually using Roval CL 2s (also a great wheel set) and the rim profile etc. is very similar (wide with very rounded profile etc.) and the finish on them is great. They're also hooked with tubeless compatibility which sadly seems to be a dying breed.

HollowGram R45 Carbon Disc Brake Road Wheelset, with Vittoria Rubino Pro Graphene tyres (set up with tubes)
These came OEM on a new Cannondale SuperSix '24, but were replaced with another wheel set. They have not been ridden or used - would make a great allround race wheel set !
£550, pickup in Lambeth or will ship in the UK for £15

About to abandon my Lenovo for something from Apple, but having trouble deciding between an M1 MBA and new iPad Pro. It's for personal use, photo editing, streaming, emails and occasionally more demanding use cases. My main concern is the debate over the limitations of iPadOS, but realistically I'm not concerned about Lightroom/Logic pro etc. and as far as I can see it's competant at everything else. Smaller battery life and lack of headphone jack on the iPad are also annoying.
On the edu store I could get a 512gb//16gb RAM MBA for roughly the same price as the new 12.9"/256gb/8gb RAM iPad Pro with a magic keyboard case. The former seems more future proof/sensible, but part of me just really wants that mini LED touch-screen...
Any thoughts on this stupid first world dilemma?

Purchased this just before Christmas and have been riding it since the beginning of this year, and unfortunately just haven't gotten on with the shape. Really well built bit of kit and looks nice on the bike, plus has the ability to integrate with Bontrager stuff (lights, saddlepack and the like). More info can be found here. Paid £89 originally.
It's in good condition aside from installation scuffs on the rails and a scuff on the left side where it was leant up against a wall.
£60 + shipping/fees

also have this Ultegra R8000 crank set. 172.5mm, 50/34, no defects to speak of and similar use to the parts above.
SHIMANO ULTEGRA HOLLOWTECH II Road Crankset 2x11-speed: £100
Or 130 including the chain and cassette above.

Some nice ultegra drivetrain bits. Both have been used pretty much exclusively in the dry, maybe 1500-2000km (around 1000 in the chain). Extra for shipping or pick-up in SW London.
Prices/more info:
CN-HG701-Ultegra-11-speed-Chain: £15
Ultegra R8000 11-28 cassette: £35
Or take both for 45

Having also done some googling on whoop and HRV, came across Biostrap as an alternative: https://www.biostrap.eu/shop_uk
As a sleep and recovery tracker it seems to get pretty good write ups. No silly subscription model and a few reviews suggest it's more accurate.

After 6 months of no baking, and subsequently allowing my starter to die about a year ago, now seemed like an opportune time to get back into it. Everything was going well until the flour shortage started to hit hard...
Anyways, had enough to get a new starter going and crank out a loaf. Super happy with it!! First time I've baked with a dutch oven (i.e. stainless steel pot with a lid) and it the difference is amazing. Now need to have a proper search for some supplies....
This was 72% hydration, 15% inoculation, 2% salt with a 80:20 strong white:wholewheat.
