Personally I find a ketogenic diet works best for me in these situations as the body stops craving the glucose / carbs and will instead crave protein and fats, both of which are difficult to eat a huge quantity of (for me at least), I also fast till lunchtime - this way i find i stay satiated with two massive meals each day, until lunch i drink Black coffee and Green tea (cold) and plenty of water
Failing this keep the diet the same and think about utilising fluids a bit better - keep water to 5l a day minimum and drink green / mint tea between meals to keep the stomach ticking over.
or... drugs

I have removed it already, but I didn't feel that I should have to for simply sharing a publicly available link
for anyone interested - http://www.presstv.ir/Detail/2015/07/15/420406/UK-MP-ISIL-OIL-TRADE

So here's one that happened to me this week,
I recently tweeted a link to a news story online about one of the Tory MP's allegedly getting involved in the purchase of oil from the fields run by the Islamic State militants. I didn't make the story up I merely tweeted the link with his name on it (not "@'D")
Yesterday i receive an email from Twitter legal, advising me that i need to remove the tweet as they have received legal correspondence from said MP,
My question is; given the importance of free speech surely I am welcome to share public links on the internet?
what do we think?

Yeah she wants to "tone" which despite my arguments to her is still believed to actually be a real thing.
I'm the same as you, i've got tree trunk legs and with good definition and decent calf size (hardest bit to grow) but my upper body never balanced, I've focused on heavier sets for everything above the waist and its brought me up to proportion

thanks for the advice,
I follow a pretty standard bro-split 5 days per week, but she's said she doesn't want to train that often,
I thought stronglifts as she can keep it fun through the progression and use the app to keep tabs on it,
Also... her doing squats three days per week is going to be beneficial for me, no?

It's that time of year where I need to maintain balance in the household and keep her happy,
So the spare parts bin has been emptied, some parts are new, some are NOS.
I'll have to post everything out as I'm not in London any more, but everything includes the postage costs.Really nice vintage Miche "Supertype" 135bcd (campy) 175mm long, ISO cranks with bb. I think these are from early 2000 but I'm not sure - as new condition with marks from storage will also come with a 39t inner ring, but no outer.

I'm referring to the shakes and tremors that it gives the user. In my experience it can become difficult to write your name on a piece of paper, let alone train hard and effectively!
The other issue is the raise of resting heartbeat, meaning that high intensity work would be very difficult or uncomfortable to do without the HR going through the roof

widely used by the gym crowd too, so it's ridiculously easy to get hold off,
I also agree with @Arawn that if you time the doses properly and don't bump the caffeine too high then it is fairly safe to use with almost zero sides.clenbuterol on the other hand is harsh as hell and the body tremors it gives you can be pretty tough to live with, How Contador did any decent training whilst on the stuff is beyond me!

Sorry to hijack, How much were you looking for that one @Vince?

+1 for Pembrokeshire,
I spent the weekend in Tenby last year with work on a triathlon thing, Stunning place even when filled with triathletes! She's started eyeing up a hotel spa thing in Portsmouth - so if that's a go i'll need to look up decent food places for the weekend.
As you can probably tell I'm happy to take her wherever she
tells mewants to go. -

Thanks for the thoughts folks,
We spent a week just outside Newqauy in early May, We love the place and i'm thinking of finding a cheap b&b for a few days in St Ives or Padstow, so agreed with @AE86 and @Cazakstan the whole area is awesome and I even found Gluten free Pastys last time!
We're going sans bikes as her Pashley is too big to fit in my little car, She's been looking at Somerset but i'm keen to spend a few days near the sea if possible, It's good for ones health i believe!
I bought two trays of these last week: http://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=252467088
