Click the lower "picture" to see a video showing the paintjob a little
Frameset from the picture for offer. Fork is not original but identical as the original fork was bent when previous owner crashed with a moped. Frame was checked in bike shop to be straight and I confirmed with Sheldons string method.
Paintjob is really beautiful pearlecent and tiny glitterish paint with 3 color fade, no dents, dings, rust or paintchips. Lugs are 3rensho modeulo lugs and tubing is columbus slx. Seatpost is 27,2mm, bsa bb and bsa headset. I do not have tool to remove the veloce bb so I can include that. Also needle bearing stronglight headset in very good condition is included. Lighweight and very nice riding bike.
I would like to have 350€ but I listen to offers. I can also sell complete bike but then I will swap brifters to athena 7 speed friction shifters and change the cockpit to cinelli 1A + cinelli bars + athena brakes (stuff you see in my athena groupset sales post attached to rossin)

More pictures in flickr, click the picture
So for sale is the gruppo from the bike as I want to use the bike with 8-speed campagnolo brifters and my motobecane donates parts. I will only keep the headset and seatpost and bb which is looseball anyway.
Rear wheel in picture is with gipiemme hub but I will give 8-speed cassette rear wheel with mavic rim (capagnolo athena or veloce, similar hub anyway) in the deal.
Only crankset has some wear but chainrings are in good condition. Brakes in total are in very good condition as are the derailers and shifting parts.Wheels are clinchers and built to mavic rims.
Stuff located in finland and I will ship worldwide. Shipping to europe is around 35€
Asking for the set 300€ / offer
Questions with pm so I get the email notification.

@Monoglaze could you stop trolling my topic if you do not have anything other to say. Both forks are from rossin factory. The performance EL is nos and was found from a bike company storage. The columbus SL fork was delivered with a frame for 200cm / around 100kg rider so they might have done it stronger from request or something. All I know is that BOTH FORKS ARE FROM ROSSIN FACTORY
I am not selling the frame, I am not selling the fork. I got the fork last summer from the guys stash and got the frame lately just for these forks as this is the frame model that was originally paired with the fork. You can probably see the huge amount of steerer tube on the fork as it was made for large person with much more weight than the usual bike rider so that might be an explanation for welding instead of fillet brazing.
Don't you guys think that if I wanted to fake the fork, I could just pay couple hundred euros for local frame maker and had it done to similar looks than the ussr pursuit forks? ;) Why would I ruin original rossin forks with worse design? Have you seen this btw?
-
As makko commented there is many prototype and one of a kind frames and solutions from the pursuit era made by rossin so it is no wonder to see these. The rossin performance has also welded forkmount plate and similar style clamp as on this fork. Also rossin pursuits from columus max has similar style forkmounts which I believe has also been welded. The fork linked up is possibly done with filled brazing technique as it has much more contact area to the fork than these ones with narrower plates attached to fork. What matters in this case is that I know it is real, not what the internet says.. :)

As I said, I got the fork from the first owner and he got it with team sponsorship bike from rossin :) Impossible to tell the reasons for different design but one could be that rossin had manufactured x amount of those ussr forkmounting forks and made one fork for teams request. Either way it is very hard to argue against when I saw the pictures ;) I have the regular forks also so probably taking this for street when I find carbon disc wheelset that is more durable than ghiblis

I posted a catalogue pic of rossin performance so you see atleast it has similar forks as the performance frame. I could actually try to contact the guy who imported these rossin frames to the rossin team and ask if he knows anything! -

Lol, both rossin forks are rossin factory original. This later fork from columbus SL came with a frame to Finland for local pro rider. For whatever reasons they did not deliver the USSR team pursuit fork model but this one I have. He rode in rossin sponsored team track and all his frames came directly from italy to fit his measurements.

8/10 condition. 2 small nicks on lower cup but hides well under down tube. Otherwise generally nice condition without rounded edges from installing etc. Do some cleaning and you'll be fine. All parts original. Runs fairly well. Ofcourse some wear on parts that go inside head tube. Hit me with pm!
Price 70£ shipping from finland. This will ship in envelope for quite cheap or tracked shipping for a bit more.

With these bars you should always hold on the flat position and usually it is adjusted to be in level with the ground. Different riders prefers different position ofcourse. The ends should only be cut the amount that gives nice position for the brake lever to be pulled. So the last bit is pretty much there to give room for adjusting the brake lever. Find out a nice spot for that and then cut the extras. If you like braking like that then it is fine but it just looks that the brake lever is a bit far from the middle flat space of the bar where you are supposed to have your arms. Whatever works fot you ofcourse!

@HHC no I do not, it went to the seller of this frame. I'm not into vintage road stuff as it's a bit unconvenient to ride anyways. Track bikes are more rare and easy to set up and spin around velodrome every once and while
So message me if interested, I can also split this to parts but then the pricing is not this cheap.
