I haven’t tried fancy burrs but I do know that espresso from my E80S tastes more detailed and delicate than espresso from my E65S which tastes richer and bulkier. Also when I put new burrs in the big shop mill recently the improvement was huge, so you should expect a noticeable difference.
It’s very difficult not to start making comparisons to audio upgrades, it’s that same level of diminishing returns and small deltas.
You will get used to any difference very quickly and might ask yourself whether you would notice if someone swapped the burrs back in the night, but I get the reassurance of knowing that you’ve given yourself the best possible chance.

There’s nothing good around 5000 eur
Edit. Sorry. If you’re after speciality quality drinks there are no b2c machines that will do it. If you just want a push button way to get standard high-street level coffee you probably can get it at €500, I don’t know any specific examples but reliability is always an issue as there’s lots of moving parts and complicated mechanisms, not to mention traps for dirt to linger in. It might not be the easy life you’re hoping for in the end.
Get a filter machine and a Wilfa grinder :)
Edit again: The Sage B2C is more like a separate machine and grinder in one box and overcomes most of the problems with automated machines, but you pretty much operate it the same way as a manual machine so you have to learn a whole new hobby still.

@Tenderloin
The steam taps and the shot paddle? Yeah they’re crappy for the price, same as on the commercial models though. Portafilter handle on the bigger linea mini is nice. -

In areas where it will cause nuisance, roasters use after-burners which incinerate the smoke at high temperatures, eliminating the odour and particulates leaving just vapour. You do tend to still get smell from cooling tray smoke which doesn’t usually go through the after burner so it’s not 100% effective. My solution is to roast in the middle of the countryside.

There’s quite a lot of stuff to diffuse reflections in the warehouse but yes it’s very much on the lively side. I can sit nice and close to them though. I’ve only had a chance to listen to a few songs and it’s like nothing else I’ve experienced before. Talking Heads’ Stop Making Sense is incredible.
The new place will have a much lower ceiling and be more full of stuff, not much of it soft though. I’ll have to make sure the green coffee stock is kept high as like you say they must help.

I made a video in lockdown about roasting with a heat gun. Best method I’ve found for home roasting.

If it’s a value for money concern then I would say no, probably don’t bother.
