The offered me 5% off any full bike. I don't need a bloody full bike, that's why I ordered a frameset. They couldn't even confirm if/when framesets will be available to order. Terrible customer service all-round

Anyone else have an ordered cancelled by them? I ordered a frameset over a month ago, and today they called to say they have no stock of the frame.
I chatted to them online several times about the order and they said that the order was fine, they just needed to fix their systems to confirm a delivery date.

Rear mech not included?

I emailed them a few days ago about this.
The 2016 framesets will be up on the website soon(ish) apparently
