I've found that veloflex tyres seem to come up a little smaller in that dimension, particularly on wider rims.

If it’s not the bearings, check that the silver bit of the pedal body isn’t separating from the black bit. It is a known warranty issue with vector 3 and I just had a pair replaced.

I was eagerly following this too, along with the cranks. I guess it’s the nicest 11 speed silver campag group. The new 4 arm cranks are ugly and are powertorque, and the levers don’t have ultrashift.

Very cool bike. I sold mine a few years ago for about £700 I think, in slightly better cosmetic condition with some cheap carbon wheels.

Garmin Vivoactive 3. About 5 years old. Some cosmetic marks on the bezel, but has always had a screen protector. Battery lasts about 4 days just as a watch tracking HR/sleep/steps, or for a few hours of running with GPS on. Selling as I’ve upgraded to a new Garmin with maps.

Ah nice thanks, is the spring required because of the aftermarket shifter? Can the rabbit ear shifter be modified to have a third gear?

Alternatively, do you think I could get away with wider gaps between the existing 2 speed cogs, either 11/17 or 11/18 depending on frame clearance.

I was thinking of converting my 2 speed to 3 speed using the external derailleur. It’s a 2013 model with the older “rabbit ear” shifter.

Am I correct I’m correct in thinking that I just need:

Friction thumb shifter (Sunrace M96)
3 cogs (repurposed from a 11 speed Shimano cassette)
11 speed chain
Thinner circlip

Anything else I need to be aware of?

Any recommendations for a nice pair of Chelsea boots with vibrant soles? I like the look of the Crockett Chelsea 11s, but I don’t have £550 to spend on a pair of boots right now.

Really fun bike. Can be run singlespeed, fixed or geared). I have the derailleur hanger for a rear mech in the spares box.

Excuse the slack chain in the photos, I have been running another wheelset with a 18T cog and hadn’t adjusted the BB for the photos.

I also have a pair of carbon wheels which I’ve been running it with (see last picture, which I can include for £350). About 1500g and fitted with tubeless Teravail Rutland tyres

Selling as it’s a touch too small for me. Would trade for a medium frame if anyone has one.
