Shitty phone pictures as normal. I manged to move most the groupset across. Need an Italian thread bottom bracket, headset and 650c front wheel to get it rolling.

He has some decent stuff. Nice guy as well. I've tried doing a little google search for info but yeah, doesn't seem to be too many of them about. Fingers crossed, it should be with me the end of next week.

Wanting to go for a Mavic Comete rear, and if I can find one, a 3g 650 front... But may take a while to find them for a reasonable price, and when I'm flush with cash.

Was a last minute thing. He had a wheel I wanted and took a punt in the last seconds on the frame. Pretty stoked.

Everything from the Corley is gonna be swapped onto it. Apart from the wheelset. So I'm now on the look for a disk rear and a 650 front wheel.

There's a few about I've got my eye on at the moment. They look like the same design, just the Cosmic hubs are 16h and not badged up as 571.

Cheers for the replies. Yeah, I did a bit of digging and realised the 16 on 32 wasn't the best solution... I think I'm gonna pick up a Mavic 571 hub and swap the freewheel out onto the Cosmic hub. Seems like the simplest fix and leaves me with a nice spare hub I may build up at a later date.

... Also, what are your opinions on building a rear hub on the Cosmic 16h rim and using a Dura Ace 32h hub?

That would solve the weird freehub issue if it went wrong in the future.

So this happened today slowly cycling to the shops... No idea how or why, but it did...

If anyone has a 1st gen Cosmic freehub maybe on and old battered rim they don't have any use for I would gladly take it off their hands for good cash. Failing that, I guess my only option is to source a new wheel, with it being such an old and outdated design...?

Brakeset arrived. Now just for the bartape... And proper seatpost and saddle at some point.

Wired up the gears so I can ride it on the turbo. Just waiting for my brakeset to turn up now.

Bartape... I have some black laying about, but might go for fluro on the extensions...? Any thoughts?

Dialled in the bar setup today with a test saddle and seatpost. Wanna go for an old Flite Evo and Flite seatpost.

Also, still looking for some 7403 brakes/levers and a 7410 headset to finish the group off.

Still haven't cut the extensions down, but some new parts arrived... NOS 7410 bottom bracket, 7410 chainset 56/42 and DuraAce 12/21 cassette.

Exactly the same situation... You go first. I do have a set cut down, but they're pretty battered.

Mainly got them as they were super cheap, new, and the quill version. Previous set were ahead, and look a bit ugly.

May swap to downtube shifters like your Concorde setup?
