I'm not attached to discs but it seems that's what's mainly being offered on this type of thing.

My gut is that bikes lime the Croix de Fer and Kepler are slightly closer to the geometry I am used to, and actually have just come across the Specialized Sequoia which is too. I am trying to work out whether something a bit more relaxed geometry-wise will feel too upright for me day to day as i still want to be able to go at relatively fast clip when I feel the need.

Evening all. Coming here for a little advice after lurking with here serious intent for a while.

I am looking at something new to replace my Bob Jackson fully mudguarded fixed commuter.
Something to do some light touring and and some heavy commuting (child seat, panniers with books, laptop, clothing). Something that will allow me to get my daughter to nursery and then get me to work, ideally with my shit no longer in a rucksack but packed neatly into panniers on a low rider rack.

I am almost certainly looking for something that I can get off the shelf as have very little time on my hands at the moment.

I've been looking at a Croix de Fer as a serious contender (anyone know what next years model is looking like?).
Alternatively a London Road or Arkrose but not sure about low rider compatability.
Or, an AWOL but potentially a bit heavy handed for what I need?
Or, a Disc Straggler but would prefer to not have bar end shifters?
Any thoughts or suggestions?
Anything I should be thinking about that I am not?

What is the geometry and what tyre clearance?
