A. It almost certainly is, but you can't tell 100% from this angle.
B. Even if it is over the line, you could move it a bit closer to the line, but still be able to see grass between the ball and the line, and it would be in play.
C. Any law that means you can see grass between the ball and the line, and the ball is still in play is a ridiculous law.D. I don't have an axe to grind on this one, for some reason, I suddenly don't give a flying f#*! about the League Cup. It's all about Palace on Saturday. Roll on Wemberley.

To be honest, it may still be in (I can't quite tell from this photo), because of the idiotic rule we have where the ball has to be 100% over the line. The fact is most people apply the identical rule differently depending upon whether it is being applied to see if its a throw in, corner, or goal kick on the one hand, or alternatively, a goal on the other.
If I could I'd change it to be the majority of the ball has to be over the line, its more intuitive.
And if we did change the rule, it would do away with the idiotic placing of the ball at corners we have now started to get.

And to pass the time, here is a quiz Lost Grounds
I've lost 23, replaced 8, (24 if you could count the fact I once saw a cricket match at Northampton's County Ground - so 23 then). Still gutted that for some bizarre reason I never managed to get to the Baseball Ground, given that I grew up near Ashbourne.
I've also been to 2 of the new grounds, where I hadn't been to the old one (Pride Park & St Mary's)

Not all 07xxx numbers are mobile numbers, only 071 -075, 077 - 079, 076 are pager numbers (Try buying one now though).
Also 070 are personal numbers, and are charged differently to mobiles.
Also, a tiny number of them (07700 900xxx) numbers don't exist, and are for use in films etc, like 555 numbers in the US.
For what its worth, although choosing the defence did bring it home how lightweight we are in that department.
