I use the robertas recipe but barely mix it or knead it and get decent results.
Mix flour and starter mixture until it resembles pic 1
Leave for a couple of hours at room temp or overnight in fridge until it looks like pic 2
Give it a fold, leave for half an hour and then portion into balls
Ensure its at room temp before shaping into pizzas
I use 100% Shipton Mill organic no4 -

Need a bit of guidance on how to deal with a crack thats appeared on a recently plastered wall.
We've had damp proofing done and a fresh coat of plaster over the whole room and this crack has appeared where the guys cut away the old plaster to do the work.
I'm not the most confident decorator but I reckon I could give this a bash. Whats a good filler for this job?
Many thanks in advance -
We were about £500 for conveyancing btw @Cupcakes

Well thats what we did, sold our flat in Glasgow's famous Finnieston to secure our funds, rented and looked for a few months and then bought in the southside of town. I think that worked in our favour as we were chain free and had the monies ready to go. However we were outbid on several occasions but the system works differently up here although I'm not sure on the details. Where are you looking to move if you don't mind me asking?
looking back I'd agree with @duncs just go for it as sometimes the process takes ages and you're forever looking for that perfect place. Plus renting is money that could be going towards your deposit/renovation/bike fund

Not one to brag but I've been twice. Stayed at the restaurant the first time, three years ago, which was great. Then stayed at Broughton House B&B two years ago which was also very good. It is v spendy but they were both special occasions when we visited. I didn't think the restaurant could've got better over the course of a year but it exceeded my expectations. Thinking about it now I need to go back. The village is brilliant as well, its got an amazing cheese shop, brewer and coffee shop. Just book it, you won't be disappointed
