Could have answered my own question by reading this:

So I guess you didn't see the 37 pages of this very argument in the 'In the news...' thread.
I do not believe the West is actively supporting Israel.
They are. Billions of dollars worth of arms each year. Just a few weeks ago when Israel ran low on ammo from bombing the Gaza strip, the US Congress immediately voted to resupply them with hundreds of millions of dollars worth of missiles.
if the Mexicans were lobbing bombs across the border
Why would Mexicans do this? Absolutely no reason to, so a ridiculous comparison.

Yeah, I've been following this outbreak closely too. It seems pretty grim for the local medical staff, who sound like they don't have the right equipment to handle this sort of outbreak (at least at the beginning. Things are getting better now the WHO and CDC have woken up and are supplying money). The number of doctors and nurses who have contracted the disease is scary. You've got to be pretty brave in that sort of situation.

But the good news is that the escaped Ebola patients have been found:

Greens campaigning on universal income. Great policy!

This is a complete lie! How can they even say this? Their proposal allows broadband providers to dismantle net neutrality.
If they wanted to protect net neutrality they would declare broadband to be a telecommunications service (which it is).
