WOW! I meant absolutely nothing by it except the fact that it could be our new weekend court.

Seeing as you were there on Sunday Beagle I'd have expected you to understand the comment as it was what everyone was talking about; preparation incase Herne Hill is no longer an option.

This forum does my head in sometimes but thanks for putting a dampener on a day that everyone left with positive thoughts regarding London bike polo.

It's not chicken wire or chain link, it's pretty much the same as Newington but not painted. If we could get permission from the council to board it with OSB board, it could probably be the new Herne Hill which wouldn't require booking.

Whenever I have been there it's completely dead. 12 start works for me.

It's been a while since i've been down there but on first impression the surface was really good. I'll put mu neck on the line and say its better than Newington and maybe as good as Downs. It's big which I think is the main selling point. I'd be keen for Saturday or Sunday, whichever works for everyone else.
