What you actually need to do is become the EU version of Paragon. But that is another scale all together :)
There are actually some nice builders throughout the EU making interesting stuff, if someone could consolidate it all into a EU shop by and for builders could also be a nice thing. I imagine makers like making stuff, not taking up the hassle of admin of selling stuff themselves.

You could turn down some stainless threaded bushings to not have to thread the frame. Butt everything would get even larger and require more work in the end without any real benefit. It all sounds like over complicating things when you can just go the UDH route and I do love some standardization.
Also the disclaimer here is that I am looking at the problem from my experience as an engineer working in heavy duty automotive industry with no affinity to bike making whatsoever. We tend to overreach just a bit. :)

I would like to confirm Brugge is a shithole tourist one-day trip hell hole.
My wife is from there and my in-laws still live there, but every time I walk around in the city centre I feel a bit sad.Can also confirm driving in Belgium is shit.
conclusion: Belgium is shit
edit: cayenne is nice btw, best generation by far.

We have fully embraced the Hestra way of life: ski, bike and general run about gloves are Hestra and not have had cold fingers since. My wife has suffered from cold fingertips as she can remember and all has been solved with the Hestra's.
Sound like a promotional blurb, but sadly we paid full price for ours. :(

The Nalgene holders are for the 1l/32oz bottles right?
(Sorry, too lazy to click back through the thread and dad brain has gotten to me)And as a dad you are allowed to finish the left over pancakes. My wife makes a variant with spinach and banana and they are amazing! :)
edit: I was also requested a side loader for the eldest classic ~500ml Klean Kanteen. Did I remember you trying these? Any indication of a new batch coming up?

Located in the EU so not ideal and do like a wheelbuild now and then.
Thanks for the offer though!Wheels will go on a 26" commuter, so anything cheap and durable for the rear and dynamo for the front.
And thanks everyone who chimed in with other options, now off trying to find a EU shop where I can get them...

Depends on the rest of the build:
- For the Enve wheels I'd get uncomfortable if the build was not full USA. Which would result in getting SRAM as group. But then people would think it was just some MUSA idiot who did the build.
- For the Hyperons and the Campagnolo Record group you plan (or planned) you would need fancy euro finishing kit to match.
This is the way.

Looking for new 26" 32h silver rim brake (box section) rims, they seem non-existent? Unless you go the ebay NOS route with prices to match.
Crust do a nice set, but these will cost more than double the price of the bike they need to go on.

I have the MK9 and Tracer combo and would not recommend doing through the night rides with these, maybe in high summer on lit roads but not in current EU winter circumstances.
The 36h hour runtime is on the lowest ever setting, which for me is too dim to see anything at regular road speeds.
For the MK9 I cycle between the H, M and L in the second setting these days, depending on the ride start time, roads I plan to take and ride length (+ some contingency for safety)
I do not have real world running times as I am too afraid to run out and be left in the dark. :(If I would plan a through the night I would use the set I have paired with a bigger front like a Strada.
But looking at the price I would actually just get a dynamo wheel and light, or get something from the orient.

This is terrible to hear, but lovely to see Maj left such an impact on everyone.
Like many I never met her but enjoyed the updates throughout the years.
