Ah man I can't stand chickpeas in chili, I find them kind of mealy. Kidneys, black eyes and lentils for me. But then I've only used tinned ones so maybe that's it

I do vegetarian for lent each year but did vegan this year and found it much harder, having to cut out eggs and cheese :-(

Lake minnewaska and new paltz. There are some great Airbnb spots, went there on a whole family thing which was great and just with my partner. There’s vineyards and cycling and hiking and stuff, not a luxe as the Hamptons though.

What basket for a soma porter rack?

Has it ever been replaced? There were a few batches that you could get a free replacement as it suddenly shutting down even though had battery was a known problem. Cant remember if it was 6 or 6s, I just know my old work phone was eligible

Think battery replacements are 25 quid, isn't the 'feature' supposed to only kick in if the battery is old and flakey under load?

So I have a voucher for a grand, wanting to get something with gears for commuting and light touring (like maybe 50 miles/ day). Is the surly cross check flat bar a good idea (if it fits...)? Must take mudguards and rack. I'd like to put a dynamo hub and light on too, if that makes a difference.

Should add - I like the flat bar on it

First ride in with a rack & bag, lots nicer than a backpack. Was late today so less cycle commuters through kensington high st, so fairly nice ride in. Also like the cooler temperature.

As you have no doubt already gathered I am selling an Osprey manta 20 rucksack, it's had light use, is in good condition. There's a line marked along the zip at the top on the weatherproofing from opening/closing. No rips or tears or owt. Ripstop material, has a bag cover stashed in the bottom for quick putting on.

Doesn't include a hydration bladder (didn't come with one), but does have all the holes etc required for it.

I'm looking for a porteur style rack, that can attach to the hub/axle and the fork crown (i.e. cantilever brake boss) as my charge has no other mounting points.
