Getting a lot of these through the shop at the minute and find the front shift is impossible to get perfect. Has anyone ever found the geometry of certain frames or the angle of the cable just doesn't allow for a perfect shift?
Also the integrated brakes on these bikes only have a 2 years life span. Hate seeing these bikes come in.

I've had cold hands for years. Throw in some ulnar nerve damage from riding too much and working too hard really limits the blood flow in my hands. Finally had enough this winter and went for a pair of black diamond punisher winter gloves. They are climbing gloves and my train of thought was if someone can operate a carabiner using them at 4000m in the howling wind and sub zero temperatures then they are worth a try.
Rave reviews and all climbing forums and they have solved all my problems. Just in from a late, soggy, freezing 90 minutes in the first and hands are dry and toasty. Sizing is also accurate. £60 on amazon was the best price I found.

You could try a firmware update. All you need is your charger and a laptop. Download the etube app and plug the bike in. Easier to do with phone and bluetooth widget if you have it.
Also try double tapping the junction box button to ensure the bike is in the correct mode. 1 flash manual, 2 flash semi syncro, flash syncro. Could be doing something weird there.
Also try with the mech and chain removed from the bike to see if it does 10 shifts.

So I have the opportunity to have a custom stand fabricated for a new shop I am opening in Northern Ireland.
I really like how solid the Kestral stands are but I also prefer the Feedback style pro clamps with quick release. Finally I'm going to be get the stand to doing like the double sided park tool ones.
Final touches will be tool trays, power point and little handy hooks.
Anyone else got any feedback or nice little tips towards what I should do.

Got my first win on the board today at the Team Joe Barr 200 miler in Northern Ireland.
Some might say not quite ultracycling but 10 hours flat out is hard enough.
