Mea-culpa ! I was confusing tubular and clinchers (thank you Tp88 for you help). This wheelset has the same rims as the left on this picture:

Well for the adapter, they said that I will be safer if you drill some holes in order to tighten it with screws just as the fixkin lock. I guess it is the cheapest way to use it as track wheelset.

Why don't you go for a normal straight road fork (because you'd like it to be drilled so...)? There are very cheap on the Internet

1. Here is a fresh pair of yellow ZIPP 3000 in great shape. It is meant for freewheel so you can easily convert it to track wheelset, for example with this adapter (only 20£). Also, the rear wheel can be converted to front.
   
   

The wheelset come with the skewers and a pair of tubs (Vittoria + Hutchinson in 19)

The frame is not drilled for brakes but the front fork is "pre"-drilled if you'd like to use a front brake for your security :-)

There are not my own pictures, but the frameset is in the exact same condition... and as you can see it's very dirty (all the black spots).

White tape won't stay white for a long. I think radial for the front wheel will look like a low rider's car wheel ! It is going to be a great build
