Thanks for the info Rustynuts. Now that ye mention it, they do look pretty shallow in the picture. Is it much lighter? I was weighing up my options, New cones & Grade 25 ball bearings was one of them although the pit itself ain't in the best shape. tough decision, I was looking at ebay Auctions and a Nos pair will go for around 220 euro which would be alright seeing as front hub alone would cost 150 alone. If I see a cheap alloy cassette body(when pigs fly) I might still be tempted but I think ebay will be the decider.

Wheel time
Front Hub
Whilst attempting to set a record on a 2.6km hill going downhill, at the end the gates were closed and my brakes weren't as good as I thought which resulted in a cracked front hub.
(got 2nd fastest time, 15th fastest up) Will make a nice decoration somewhere, someday!
Rear Wheel had at least 5 loose spokes that could not be tightened so I decide to keep the hub and scrap the wheel.
Stripped
De-assembled, Cleaned & Polished
Re-assembled & greased.
After feeling the weight of this hub and examining the ball bearings and pits I decided that It would be wiser to wait and try and get the alloy casette body version. (FH-01RE)

THE CLEAN
Decided to man up and De assemble My two Deltas and give them the cleaning they deserve, Got a cheap 3.5 mm wrench off ebay and it shredded first turn, used the opposite end and released the cable handy enough.
Dirty Delta
Clean Delta
Cleanest two Deltas around. Very happy with the outcome and pleased to know the job is done as it's a daunting task.

After flying around around back roads for a year on my Peugeot 501
It was time for a upgrade, A Colnago Super in Saronni came up in the local classifieds and I purchased on the 22nd of April 2014, 20 days after turning 22. This is her the day I got her.
It was advertised as 58cm but this bike is definitively bigger than 58cm. Never bothered to measure properly. Bike is a small bit too big but I managed. Was happy with the purchase.
Over the Summer I decided I will go for the 1992 Campagnolo Record 8 speed as to match the Deltas. I also decided that Downtube shifters were the way to go.
09-07-2014 - I got the 3ttt seatpost within 2 weeks of purchase as the black seatpost was hideous.
After cycling all summer It is time to De-assemble, de-grease, clean, polish, re-grease and try and get a matching groupset. This is the last photo takin' of her before de assembly.
(Over the Summer I got a 3ttt seatpost then a C record seatpost) -

Me & Saarf had a conversation on this subject, I was adamant that it was a Mexico but it is in fact, a Super.
