What the hell was going on last night, everyone at each other, cyclists, cars, buses, motorbikes. So many cars driving up the bus lane in an effort to overtake stationary traffic, then not be able to get back in. A Guy carrying a picture frame on his handle bars trying to go around E&C roundabout. Madness

First mini crash of the year this morning. Pootling along the bus lane on Brxiton Rd just coming upto the Tesco Express when bam, found myself smashing into a car who had decided to pull into the Tesco without looking. Main thing no damage to the bike, managed to leave her car with a massive scratch along the bottom of the passenger side door and a bit of dent where my wrist hit. All manner of excuses, I should have seen her, she wasn't indicting as witness by another women, she thought I was further away. I was going to fast.....

Far too many to mention this morning,
MTB man getting most annoyed at my over taking of him and then my stopping at red lights.
Same MTB man trying to overtake a car turning right while he was on the outside and wanting to go left.
Women on Brixton Rd/Kennington Park Road who was just weaving in and out of the traffic without a care in the world, also then started to ride on the white line in the middle of the road causing the drivers behind to get slightly angry only for her to then pull right across the road in front of the bus.
Dude in full Sky kit, just being in his order world and having no idea about other cyclist just pulling across the road without looking behind causing a number of us to have swerve, also making his way to infront of all the other waiting cyclist at the lights.
And todays king Knob was bloke on a Boris Bike who RJL'ed most of the lights from E&C to London Bridge who then decide he was quicker then the scaffolding lorry that was just about to left and he could make that invisbale gap between lorry and pavement only for it not to turn out that way, honestly thought he was going to get squised. Luckliy for him the lorry driver stopped, didn't stop the Boris biker giving him a load of grief. -

Am gutted was all set to complete my first Grand Fondo this weekend, competing in the Essex Explorer 62 miles, then cycling back to Chelmsford and then back from Liverpool St to home all in all 85 miles. Must have stopped the Strava app after the Essex ride, so it sees my whole day as two rides. What a numpty.

Last night just going round the corner onto London Bridge from Gracechurch street I'm on the inside nearest the kerb, noticed bloke on my right busting a gut a on MTB. Gets a little in front of me and puts his arm straight out left as to indicate he was turn left, think that's a bit strange . Turns out It was his way of warning me I was to close to him WTF. How can I be to close when he is on my outside? Same thing this morning going down Kennington Park, ride near the kerb, move over slight to avoid a pot hole, Women on a MTB tries going through the small gap I've opened which meant I had to pull out more always most smashing onto the bloke overtaking me. Although said bloke did have a word with her. Strange bred them MTB riders.

Yesterday was the first time I've had to lock my bike outside of the office, some new senior boss so not allowed to keep my bike inside. Double locked, double checked and off I went. Went to unlock it last night can't get the back lock off. Turns out even though I'd put the lock on I had attached locked it. Class
