Hello,
New to this vaping thing, well only started today after thinking its time for a safer alternative to cigs. Anyway is there any liquid out there that comes close to Marlboro Lights in taste. Probably a silly question I guess but I have some liquid that supposed to be like Virginia and TBH it tastes nothing like it. If I am being naïve I'm sorry but to me this seems nothing like a smoking alternative as I just don't get the same out of it. -
Yes...the care plan I received stated 'unstable personality disorder' which when I google comes back with 'boarderline personality disorder' but I dunno if that's the same. Unfortunately my dog died a few weeks backs and like the author was the most wonderful med I have ever had in my life, in fact I think it may have been you who commented on my 'loss of a pet' thread I recently started.
The dog book looks like a must so I shall be getting that as animals are the most wonderful therapy anyone could wish for. Fortunately I have been blessed with a new little dog, a rescued one this time and she seems very special. So special in fact I am considering getting involved in some kind of dogs for therapy work.
Anyway back to topic...I have a new doctor and this was his new diagnosis. Moving from Generalized Anxiety Disorder to the above. The new diagnosis is far more like me as I have all the symptoms I guess and TBH I have never thought of my self as over anxious.
I guess I just wanna get my head around all this as life at times can be pretty awful at times for me and my friends and family and I am one of those people that like to have an understanding of things.

I have real problem with pain in my hands, knees and back for judders from the road. Basically roads and cycle tracks around here are really really full of cracks and pot holes. Anyway the pain is quite severe on my road bikes but fine on my mtb's. Tried running lower tyre pressures and fatter tyres, padded gloves, extra bar tape but nothing seems to make a difference. The bikes are right size for me etc., so I don't think its that. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong

I have been ridding spd's some years now but tbh my knees just can't seem to take them any more...the pain is quite bad, but when I ride my mtb I ride with flats and I get no pain at all. So I was thinking of trying some flats with straps but at a loss to know what is the good from the bad. I do like DMR V8's as a pedal so I was wondering has anyone tried them with straps...is it possible or is there a pedal similar out there that can take a strap or, any other recommendations.
Thanks

At the mo' there is a serious amount of bike theft going on...well apparently there is a gang operating in the area which is surprizing as this is usually quite safe for bikes, the shires that is. Anyway are these as good as they say or should I consider something else. Already using a cheaper Kryptonite and had no worries as yet but would like greater peace of mind doubling the two up. I know if they want it they will get it but is the best I can get as I have found one with 20 quid off.
