And if it's a too tight fit it may refuse to seat unless you put a lot of pressure on it.
Then there's the possibility of the rim tape getting damaged as you remove the tire.
I'd rather have a less thick sealant for emergency and never unseat the tyre unless it's so badly damaged you have to boot it and use a tube. -

Front derailleurs suck. Double maintenance if you have cables, double things that can break, not easy to adjust for the average user and there's always the possibility of a dropped chain even if it's perfectly set up.
I work on bikes and rear derailleur it's usually half a turn of the barrel and maybe set the distance right whereas front derailleurs are usually so badly set up I have to start from scratch -

You can have a Quarq spider compatible with 2x force chainrings. Can't say if the problem is your chainrings. If there's issues I normally line it up with the marks, height as close as possible and very close with limit bolts. Then small adjustment if needed and install the right wedge so it doesn't move.
