Instead I decided to wrap lizard over sram tape. I assumed I had enough length for a full wrap. I was wrong and went with this. Let’s hope it lasts. Old mtb saddle as well. The chain is pretty stretched so I ordered the only available brand for track chains at a lbs. KMC x101. I'm too lazy to reinstall the hold fast straps so I put on the zulu straps. *also getting into the habit of rotating tires.

My mom asked me from the kitchen to change my drop to a compact one. I said why not and swapped to 100mm Ritchey stem. Very comfortable. Swapped tires off my out of commission road bike.
