Wheels came with it when i bought it and i threw the Challenge cross tyres on for a quick text ride. Rear is Shimano Parallax hub, currently with a seven speed cassette on it to a Weinmann alloy 2115 rims. Front rim is the same i think but the hub is pure silver but has no markings / labels.

I was planning on building this up as a 1 x commuter with mudguards, larger tyres, front rack etc, etc and was pleasantly surprised with how good it felt on the wheels when i got it built enough to test ride.

Sorry for poor pictures but off on holiday tomorrow and this is all i had time for. Few bits on it currently that i'll probably keep like Brand new 105 brifters, Trp cx9, Thomson seatpost, possible the bars. Have added bits like quill stem adapters, new bottom bracket for 1 x, Down Tube Braze On Cable Stops etc. etc.

I’ve got this and it’s currently not in use. Took some bits off it for a friends dad bike build then put some new bits back on to try and make it a 1 x commuter. But the project has stalled recently. Let me know if interested? Would be less than £500 but there would be work to do!

Any interest here from Marin owners or anyone who wants / would have use for them? Pair of what i believe are the original Marin Quake’s 2.0 tyres. @thebaldingbuddha. Sorry definitely should have included that. Shore leave coat is a medium. For reference Im 6'2 and it fits me perfectly but It's a fitted fit. Let me know what works for you. I could pretty much pop out and meet you on any weekday, anytime that suits.
